players participating. It was a long contest, lasting
approximately five hours. In the end, Jinky
Slickfingers (played by Lord Teret) claimed the most
Sugar Drops in all of Turmish!

"Finally, those good for nothing citizens of Karunth will feel my power" thought Aavorak as he handed over the princely sum to Chandor in the Alaghon Real Estate Agency. "No more will poor Aavorak sleep in the cold damp streets, or at a corner chair in the Dragonfly Inn"
"Thankyou sir" replied Chandor, as he quickly pocketed the gold, "If you would now just finalise this legal treatise, nothing to worry about, just the formalities" he went on, proffering the evil fighter a lengthy contract.
It was a quiet evening in the Dragonfly Inn. To the casual observer the room might appear quite empty, for one could easily overlook the two halflings talking quietly as they shared a plate of biscuits at a small table in the corner.
“Well, Chesa,” said Mouse, brushing some biscuit crumbs off her leathers, “I wanted to ask your help with something. I overheard someone say that—”

Vogon sat in the darkest corner of a musty alehouse called the Dragon Fly Inn. The dull ache in his head throbbed with regularity. His pale fingers slowly rubbed his temples in a vain attempt to alleviate the pain. His past, for the most part, was a mystery to him.
It was eight bells, deep in the early summer's night when the ground began to shake and rumble through all of the city of Karunth. Boats in the river district smashed against the docks as waves crashed over and over again against the wood pilings and stone streets that contained them.
After a month of chasing Turkeys down in Karunth - and an excitiing competition it was too - today The Turmish Lands finally reveals who has won our first CASH Competition !
This has been a wonderful success - we we're surprised at the pure numbers of drumsticks that were amassed in Karunth Market Square. More than 30,000 turkeys were gobbled up over a period of 3 weeks - thats about 1 turkey every second !!!
Once again, the Turkey Season is upon us in the Turmish Lands. For some reason, each year, turkeys seem to appear just prior to the great Turkey Festival around the forests and woods of Karunth. The Pilgrim has once again returned to reward those adventurers who manage to hunt down these turkeys and retrieve the birds for the great feast of Thanksgiving.
This year, however, there is a twist to the great turkey hunt ! You can actually earn real cash prizes for acquiring the turkeys !
Bigrin the Giant was standing near the gates of Fairdale when she heard the alarm bells in Karunth. "What could that be about, Tiny?" she asked her familiar. "We had better hurry back and help!"
It was a glorious moon that shone over Karunth the other night - the stars managed to sparkle, and the aurora draped the nothern skies as if it were a lady experimenting with her new emerald dress.
Being a Drow in the city of Karunth was never easy for Morgana , or her sister Mortica . Having to answer questions of her intentions and always feeling a sharp eye and hushed voices turned towards her as she walked down the Market streets . Morgana drew tired of this and yet she knew she'd never be rid of it while she was in the great city of Karunth . The humans could never understand the pain and torture she endured growing up as a slave at the hands of Lolth and this made her angry . Angry and frustrated . She no longer felt the need to defend her reasons for everything and decided she wouldn't any longer .
